Assalaamu Alaikum,
Allah says in the Qur’an : say: “ Verily my Lord enlarges and restricts the
sustenance to such of His servants as He Pleases and nothing do ye spend in
the least (in His cause) but He replaces it: for He is the best of those who
grant sustenance” (34: 39)
Ramadan is here and it is time for us, Muslims to calculate our
Zakath. We Almuslimaath are a Voluntary Organization, helping out the
indigent and the needy. Our projects include assistance to :-
v Poor Orphans – food, clothing and housing
v Poor Widows and divorcees – empowerment and financial assistance
v Education of poor students – School / University/Institutes
v Refugees – Financial assistance, Building Wells,
v Assistance for marriages of poor people, reverts
v Assistance to converts – empowerment and financial assistance
We also have a system where we deliver hampers worth about Rs.3000/=,
consisting of dry rations needed for the fasting, to the families who are
needy but would not go around asking. 100% of the zakath will be deliverable to the recipients – no service charge taken.
We collect and distribute sadaqathul fitra too.
We would be grateful if you could kindle send us atleast part of your Zakath
or Sadaka to be distributed among these.
