(207) Deaf and dumb couple at Minuwangoda water connection- [25,000-]

Assalamu Alaikum,

We’ve receaved an appeal from a couple, both of whom aredeaf and dumb, the wife bieng revert; they’ve 3 little kids, the eldest of bieng 6 yrs. They live in Minuwangoda and they don’t have water facilities, the water is delivered to them by browser and they’ve to pay Rs.2000 a year.
Now the government has decided to give them water supply but they have to pay Rs.25,000 for the connection and dead line is on the 9th of May – both are working in garment factory and are unable to meet this expenditure.
Can you please help them?
