Shyama Fuad (BSc (Psych & Sociology), Grad Dip (App Psych), MPET (Ed)), practising Psychologist at Bridging Borders (www.bridgingborders.com.au) in Australia will facilitate a workshop highlighting how you can develop strategies to overcome stress and lowered mood. Join other women in a women’s only session to share experiences that will increase your level of insight into how you can minimise the risk of stress and mental health problems for yourself, family and friends.
Learn how you can train your mind to recognise and manage stress at home, work and in everyday situations. Develop an awareness how significant stressors contribute to mood changes and how this affects yourbehaviour and mental wellbeing. Discover how to cultivate a resilient mindset that helps you overcome negativity. This session will assist you in developingbetter personal and professional relationships,improving your quality of life.
