(104B) Mabole Roofless houses

Assalamu Alaikum Warahmatullahi Wabarakatuh!

It is raining torrentially and some of the huts in Mabole have no roof to speak of. They are broken and water pours in to the house. And the floor is flooded anyway because of the nearby river overflowing. at least if the roof is repaired they can live there in “some comfort.”
We have idnetified 10 such very very poor families and the cost of 5 sheets per house is only Rs. 3000/= ( 30 USD)

Updates:
21.4.2007 – So far Rs. 50,000 has been donated and five houses issued with the sheets. One house is being repaired.

14.5.2007 : Pending donations almuslimaath has advanced another 42000 rupees in view of the emergency situation.
