(150) Appeal for kidney transplant [Valaichenai]

Dear Brothers and Sisters
Assalamu Alaikum wa Rahmathullahi wa Barakathuhu!

I am Asanar Sameem (28 years old) from Valaichenai. I have been diagnosed to have severe Kidney Failure. The doctors recommended that only a surgery for kidney transplantation (Both kidneys) will help to save my life. Now we have found a donor from our relations.

The above treatment will be free of charge from Kandy General Hospital. But some special investigations and drugs are not available at the Govt. hospital. So we need to purchase them privately.

The estimated cost for drugs and care after surgery is 500,000.00 (Five hundred thousand Sri Lankan rupees). As my parents are very old, poor and they are unable to bear the above cost. Therefore, I earnestly request your good self to give me a helping hand to save my life.
